In the vicinity of Toyota and General Motors automobile works, Magna automobile component works, Shushary-2 Industrial Area, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. The land plot is located in a place of strategic significance for the city of St. Petersburg, near Moscow – St. Petersburg (M-10 Russia) motorway, ring motorway. Site planning is approved by the Decree of the St. Petersburg Government No. 704 dated 19.06.2007. Electric power for the area will be supplied from the existing substations, 110 kV Toyota works, Yuzhnaya, 110 kV Shushary substation, 210-A substation, to be commissioned in 2010 (according to the General St. Petersburg electrical supply scheme for a period up to 2015, with a possibility of prolongation to 2025, approved by the Decree of the St. Petersburg Government No. 734 dated 03.07.2007).

Gas will be supplied from the existing high pressure gas pipeline.

Water supply and water discharge pipes will be connected to the existing utility water supply and water discharge systems.
