Description of project
The development consists of eight low-rise residential buildings (six four-story and two five-story). Six buildings are designed with 16 apartments each and two buildings with 30 apartments each.
Each apartment building has a space for a concierge.
The development has heated underground parking for 164 vehicles with a direct entrance into the building.
The apartment buildings and parking area have noiseless elevators.
There are a total of 140 apartments from 60 to 240 m2 with spacious bathrooms and kitchens, and with an open floor plan.
Panoramic glass enclosed balconies and sunrooms; window units with a micro-ventilation system.
Ceilings are at least 3 meters high; heating units are free standing convectors.
Telephone and internet service via fiber optic cable.
The area has complete amenities.
There is a fence enclosing the entire development, gates are installed at the entrances, and there is video monitoring around the entire perimeter of the area.
The development was submitted in November of 2008.
More than 80% of the apartments have been purchased at the building stage.
Housing cooperatives have been organized.
Some unsold apartments remain.

The Tsarskoe Selo Estates housing development is located in the city of Pushkin (Pushkin District of St. Petersburg) on Pesochnaya Street in a historic section of town very close to the Tsarskoe Selo garden and park complex. The location of the development is unique in that the residential properties, located in the central section of Pushkin where infrastructure is developed and there is access to transportation, are also located in a quiet separated area.
