Freight terminal facility
Description
This is a description of an investment project to construct a freight terminal facility (dry port). The land plot consists of three individual sections of 18 hectares, 91 hectares and 37 hectares, each of which has its own cadastral plot map. It is located in a place that is strategically important to St. Petersburg. The advantage of the location is that: - it is equidistant from the airport and the first container terminal (St. Petersburg sea port). - it is located at the intersection of Moscow Highway and Moscow Ring Road and is very close to the Kiev Highway with the prospect of a direct access road to it. - it has a connecting track to the Vitebsk railway branch with access onto the main Moscow route track. - it is the strategic point of cargo formation for Ust-Luga sea port, which is now under construction. - the express Moscow-St. Petersburg toll line will pass through at a distance of no more than 2 km from the Terminal facility and will have connecting tracks to the adjacent area.Location

The land plot is a flat site with a trapezoidal shape without any facilities; from the eastern side along the Moscow highway it is almost 2000 m long and from 400 to 700 m wide. The western border of the land plot continues at a distance of 400 m parallel to the existing Shushary railway station.
We offer to purchase the land plots of 18, 91 and 37 Hectares in industrial zone “Shushary” for implementation of Cargo Terminal Complex Project. Also it is possible to allocate the land plots from 5 Hectares in area for construction of different commercial objects.
