Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We present to you a project in the residential and commercial real estate sphere, created and implemented by ZAO Development Center on land which is privately owned.

Development Center, a real estate development company, was created through the initiative of a group of Russian entrepreneurs who have implemented investment projects in the Russian Federation.

All of our projects are developed taking into consideration the creation of comprehensive social, engineering and transportation infrastructures, and combine everything necessary for comfortable living, for successfully conducting business, and for harmonious relaxation.

In our work we follow the principles of mutually beneficial relationships with partners and of equal and fruitful cooperation. We also adhere to a policy of openness and transparency in conducting business.

We actively develop our projects on the Russian and European markets with the goal of creating business contacts and attracting investments and business partners to jointly participate in company projects.
